Application Support
We are looking for Application Support for a Lisboa opportunity (hybrid or remote).
About the role
Looking for an application support profile with a development mindset, able to perform 1st and 2nd Line support, incident management (SLA’s, analysis, resolution) problem fixing, documentation but also able to create improvements and develop them.
We will join a Scrum team, working with core areas of a major worldwide Telecom company, supporting its fast-paced evolution over new areas, technologies and strategies, ensuring a good production environment with satisfied customers in order to increase business goals and objectives.
What are we looking for?
- Good Skills with PL/SQL
- Good Skills with Unix
- Good Skills with Incidents/Problems analysis/resolution
- Medium skills with development (Java/.Net/Scripting)

- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
