We are looking for a Support Analyst for our team in Porto.
This person will be responsible:
- Incident management
- Problem/Change management
- Complex incident and Resolution
- Deployment support
- Evaluate, identify and execute the necessary preventive activities in order to avoid production issues
- On call support
- Bug Fixing
What are we looking for?
- Good Java Skills is mandatory
- Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft PL/SQL
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Shell /Bash Script
- Knowledge of Unix
- Good React JS
- Knowledge of Spring
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
