SAP S/4 RETAIL - O2C Consultant

We are looking for a SAP S/4 RETAIL - O2C Consultant to work in this project in Aveiro or Porto (Hybrid).

  • Participate in the survey of the company's business processes to understand sales and procurement requirements;
  • Assist in developing blueprints for sales and procurement processes, collaborating with stakeholders and architects;
  • Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and consult with ABAP developers on customization needs;
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA for sales and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices;
  • Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements;
  • Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase;
  • Develop user instructions and documentation for sales and procurement processes;
  • Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams;
  • Assist in the go-live process and provide post-launch support.


  • 4+ years SAP experience, specializing in SD and MM processes, with practical experience in SAP S/4HANA;
  • Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects/sub-projects in SD and MM areas;
  • Recommended practical experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion, and Fashion companies;
  • Strong understanding of Fiori's approach and sales processes, including output management and EDI integration;
  • Skills in customization and development in SAP to meet business needs, including setting up SD and procurement processes;
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with different integration approaches inside S/4HANA (IDOCs, SOAP for SD/MM);
  • Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users;
  • Quality and deadline oriented;
  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
