Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our finance department team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management or economics and a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the renewal process for customer contracts;
• Oversee and control cash flow;
• Manage and control invoicing, receipts, and payments;
• Prepare financial and accounting reports, including budgets and forecasts;
• Manage employee expenses;
• Prepare presentations and conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making on various issues;
• Participate in the continuous development of financial processes to enhance operational and financial management efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics, management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rapidly growing environment;
• Intermediate proficiency in English;
• Strong knowledge of Excel and billing systems;
• High level of responsibility and professional confidentiality;
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, employees, and suppliers;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Proactive and assertive.
