Quality and Process Referent

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Quality and Process Referent to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Management, with at least a know PM method, such as: V cycle or Scrum;
• 3+ years of experience in IT and Project Management;
• Experience with MS Office; 
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities:

• Performance of quality reviews according to a methodology specificfor projects and applications portfolio;
• Support for the IT Teams in the application of the reference framework;
• Be a driving force in identifying plans to remedy the risks identified;
  
• Develop the IT process reference framework using a continuous improvement loop;
• Contribute to the scalability of the reference framework, standardizing the IT processes and providing the necessary documentary models.
