Business Analyst

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto.

Requirements:

  • Background in Informatics or related areas;
  • Expert with Agile Methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
  • Previous experience working with Java or Python;
  • Fluent in English and French.


Responsibilities:

  • Able to identify, understand and analyse Business needs;
  • Explain the business requirements and have it validated by the Business;
  • Define, formalize, and validate the requirements cooperating with the stakeholder involved, and ensuring appropriate solution arising from the business need;
  • Provide or contribute to application testing activities;
  • Support the business in carrying out user tests;
  • Contribute to change management and deployment of the application to the user community;
  • Solutions business impact assessment and develop consistent action plans;
  • Share knowledge of their area of expertise and provide functional support;
  • Ensure reporting accordingly to practices and operating rules;
  • Design action plans enabling teams to implement improvements and move forward in autonomy.
