Data Engineer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Between 3 to 6 years of experience;
  
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, or a similar area;
  
• Experience working with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, so, Kerberos);
  
• Experience working with the Python 3 language, its ecosystem and tools;
  
• Experience working with and integrating REST APIs;
  
• Experience with working interacting and managing cloud environments (MS Azure, GCP);
  
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MySql, MariaDB);
  
• Experience working with NoSql Databases (HBase);
  
• Experience with integration/build pipeline tools such as Jenkins, XLDeploy and XLRelease (plus);
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  
• Good level of English (mandatory).
