Application Support Analyst

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Infrastructure and IT Concepts;
  
• Previous experience working with SQL and MySQL;
• Expertise in Unix and Linux;
  
• Knowledge of Cloud, Ansible and Jenkins; 
  
• Knowledge of Dynatrace or other  monitoring tool;             
  
• Fluent in English and French is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support application users and answering to support requests;
  
• Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle and Root cause Analysis at a functional level;
  
• Monitoring production environments;
  
• Ensure daily communication and transition with teams from other time zones;
  
• Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical).
