Application Support Analyst

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (on site).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of following instruments: bonds, equities, and structured products;                                
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Expertise in Unix and Linux;
  
• Previous experience wotking with SQL and PL/SQL;
  
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support (batchs, interfaces…);                          
  
• Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap;
  
• Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues;
  
• Contribute to the knowledge articles.
