RPA Technical Support Analyst
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a RPA Technical Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
You must have:
- 1-3 years of IT experience on application support;
- Basic knowledge in RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar platforms;
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net);
- Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions, as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes;
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese (fluent), English (mandatory – minimum B2), French (mandatory - minimun B1) ;
- Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices in the RPA field, as well as the capability to continuously learn and improve skills to stay updated with the latest developments in RPA;
- Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience.
Nice to have:
- UiPath Certification(s);
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
- Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
- Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana;
- ITIL Certification.
