Functional Designer (International Project)

We are looking for a Functional Designer (International Project) to work in this project in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon (Hybrid).
Role Summary:
Lead integrations design workshops to gather requirements from clients or internal stakeholders, write functional design documents, obtain client sign-off, support developers by clarifying requirements, perform unit testing and provide support to testing team by reviewing test scripts.
Skills & experience required:
- Experienced in leading design workshops;
- SuccessFactors EC functional background;
- Experience in designing CPI integrations (payroll integrations preferred but not required);
- Excellent communication skills (English);
- Client stakeholder management;
- Organised, ability to summarise key action items from workshops;
- Collaborative, team player.
