Business Manager Assistant

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a Business Manager Assistant to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Responsabilities:

  • Supporting the  Business Manager in managing critical tasks and priorities;
  • Preparing presentations and tracking key information;
  • Reviewing documentation and ensuring quality and consistency;
  • Helping coordinate and follow up on strategic and sensitive processes/projects;
  • Acting quickly to support where it’s most needed (“putting out fires”).

What we're looking for?

  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Business, Management, or similar);
  • A dynamic, hands-on mindset;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site + remote);
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
