Release Manager

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a Release Manager to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

•  More than 3 years of experience;
  
• Experience in team-management, problem solving and negotiation skills;
  
• Familiarity with QA and DevOps concepts;
  
• English fluency (mandatory).

Release management service consists in:

• Planning the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.
  
• Communicate and Coordinate with project management, product managers, software development, quality assurance, DevOps, and other departments to ensure successful product delivery.
  
• Implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.
  
• Continuously improve the release process methods and ways of working.
  
• Working with Development, QA and DevOps to understand impacts of branches and code merges.
  
• Make improvements in the methodologies used for configuration management and development of software that helps to find ways to use in configuration management.
