SAP AP – Accounts Payable

We are looking for a SAP AP – Accounts Payable to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position;
  
• Conduct SAP AP process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules;
  
• Use service-specific tools and procedures;
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing business ops. using new SAP functions;
  
• Identify root causes, and solutions for recurrent problems;
  
• Update, and maintain all SAP docs and knowledge database;
  
• Create detailed tech specs for ABAP team;
  
• Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing;
  
• Available for punctual travels when needed;
  
• Compliant with agile methodologies;
  
• SAP FI-AP module: Understanding of Accounts Payable configuration and processes;
  
• Vendor master data management;
  
• Invoice and payment processing;
  
• VIM (Vendor Invoice management), concept of Central, and Satellite System;
  
• Payments (Integration with Treasury in Advance Payment management);
  
• Finance and Accounting kwnoledge;
  
• Experience w/ S4 Hana;
  
• Debugging skills a plus;
  
• Experience with Agile methodology;
  
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
