Technical/Functional Support Analyst

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Technical/Functional Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Between 6 and 9 years of experience as a Technical/Functional Support Analyst;
• Experience with support to Business requirements (assistance and incidents);
• Understanding of application follow-up, help on setting, help on testing, patch and upgrade coordination;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in English.
