Application Support Engineer (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Application Support Engineer (French Speaker)  to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of banking operations and their information systems;
• More than 9 years of experience in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of banking practices and business processes;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to continuously enhance relationships between business units and IT;
• Ability to coordinate and manage interdependencies effectively;
• Proficient in creating and maintaining tracking documents and enriching knowledge bases;
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, log analysis, and incident management;
• Proficiency in French (C1 level mandatory).
