Cloudflare Technical and Governance Support Service

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a Cloudflare Technical and Governance Support Service to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

What we're looking for?

  • Previous experience with technical support and advisory services to assist with Cloudflare configuration, troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Experience in solving vulnerabilities and misconfigurations identified in the recent risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Team to build internal maturity, improve operational efficiency, and expand Cloudflare coverage.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing a Cloudflare governance framework, including documentation of current state, open issues, and proposed actions.
  • Assist in enriching the CMDB with accurate and up-to-date information on applications, owners, and criticality relevant to Cloudflare.
  • Help align Cloudflare implementation with business priorities and budgetary constrains.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a technical deep-dive into the current Cloudflare setup, identifying configuration gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support for resolving technical issues and implementing best practices.
  • Support on design and implement a governance model that defines roles, responsibilities, processes, and escalation paths.
  • Assist in the prioritization and resolution of open issues, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Support the integration of Cloudflare-related data into the CMDB, improving visibility and traceability.
  • Recommend cost-effective strategies for scaling Cloudflare usage while maintaining security and performance standards.
