Site Reliability Engineering
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineering for a long term role in this project in Lisbon or Porto (flexible hybrid).
As a part of your job, you will:
- Lead and support the migration of WebLogic from 11g to 12c, including Portal upgrade;
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery;
- Maintain and enhance systems using WebCenter Content & Portal;
- Support Java upgrade from versions 1.7 to 1.8 across applications;
- Monitor and manage Oracle database performance and integration with applications;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins and similar tools);
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance of applications and services;
- Implement infrastructure automation and develop monitoring solutions;
- Write and maintain scripts for system administration (Unix-based environments).
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field;
- Preferably 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or system engineering roles;
- Experience in enterprise-level system migrations and upgrades;
- English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory;
- Experience with WebLogic (11g and 12c), WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Content (WCC);
- Experience with Java (versions 1.7 and 1.8), Oracle Database and CI/CD Tools – Jenkins preferred;
- Experience with Unix system administration with bash scripting;
- Experience with WSDL, JDBC, JMS, Datasources, and queues;
- Hands-on experience building automation tools for operational efficiency;
- Familiarity with Agile environments and working in international teams.
