Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- Strong background in IT, Economics, Management or Finance, along with functional knowledge of investment banking operations and capital markets;
- Familiarity with SQL is mandatory;
- Knowledge of tools such as SAP Business Objects, JIRA, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps would be a significant advantage;
- Dynamic, proactive and possess strong analytical and communication skills;
- Very good communication in English, both orally and written;
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to user support requests efficiently;
- Analyzing the figures of profitability computations and application feed issues;
- Enhancing support documentation and procedures;
- Participating in internal projects aimed at improving support efficiency;
- Be capable of identifying, design and implement improvements for our tasks and procedures.
