Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT, Economics, Management or Finance, along with functional knowledge of investment banking operations and capital markets;
  • Familiarity with SQL is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of tools such as SAP Business Objects, JIRA, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps would be a significant advantage;
  • Dynamic, proactive and possess strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Very good communication in English, both orally and written;

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to user support requests efficiently;
  • Analyzing the figures of profitability computations and application feed issues;
  • Enhancing support documentation and procedures;
  • Participating in internal projects aimed at improving support efficiency;
  • Be capable of identifying, design and implement improvements for our tasks and procedures.
