Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sprint Planning and User Stories;
  
• Strong Analytical Skills;
  
• Excellent Communication Skills;
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset;
  
• Familiarity with Software Development processes and methodologies;
  
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team;
  
• Certification as a SCRUM Master (mandatory);
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  
• Analytical thinking and critical mindset;
  
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
  
• Proactivity and a passion for solving challenges;
  
• Experience in Governmental projects
