We are seeking a NOC Manager to join our team in Aveiro (hybrid model).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a NOC environment with 1 year or more of team leader or manager role experience;
  • Strong Linux system administration skills;
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident response workflows.
  • Ability to follow structured operational procedures and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Experience with SIP and VoIP technologies;
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred);
  • Flexible working hours across multiple time zones;
  • Exposure to automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python) is a plus.
