Business Analyst (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Business Analyst (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Master's degree from an Engineering school or equivalent;
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience;
  
• Good understanding of NLP, RAG and AI concepts;
  
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (BPMN, User Stories);
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods as required;
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira) to support iterative solution delivery is nice to have;
  
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify impactful AI opportunities;
  
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate technical insights into business value for diverse stakeholders;
  
• Proficient in designing end-to-end workflows and customer journeys enhanced by AI and automation;
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment;
  
• Experience working on projects involving LLMs or RAG solutions;
  
• Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering and optimization of AI model outputs;
  
• Background in data analysis, process improvement;
  
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English for effective communication.
