Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a project in Lisbon (remote).
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring a variety of roles in a SaaS or tech company;
 - Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with experience hiring across multiple countries;
 - Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential);
 - Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes;
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible, consultative, and collaborative;
 - Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions;
 - Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
