Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a project in Lisbon (remote).

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring a variety of roles in a SaaS or tech company;
  • Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with experience hiring across multiple countries;
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential);
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible, consultative, and collaborative;
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions;
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
