ServiceNow HRSD Administrator

We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Administrator to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the HRSD project, we need an HRSD Admin (BA/TA) to support the impletation of the HRSD module in ServiceNow with our integrator;
- Configuration of HRSD modules (case management, KM, employee center, etc.);
- Create/manage HR services, cases, catalog items & topics;
- Manage workflows, biz rules, notifications, email templates;
- Update HR templates/forms (no heavy development);
- Maintain HR taxonomy;
- Manage permissions;
- Handle HR user support;
- Analyze/resolve HR procurement incidents;
- Join client/editor releases;
- Coordinate with the tech team for fixes;
- Create/update user/admin docs;
- Monitor platform quality (SLA, KPI);
- Support governance & budget preparation;
- Assist in new HRSD mods/features;
- Participate in UAT;
- Communicate with HR, IT & stakeholders;
- Maintain reports/dashboards for key metrics.
Requirements
- ServiceNow System Administration and HRSD configuration (mandatory);
- Experience with ITIL V3/V4;
- More than 5 years of experience in SNOW HRSD;
- Experience with request gathering, testing & mentoring;
- Experience with troubleshoot workflows;
