IT Project Manager (Finance Transformation)

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking an  IT Project Manager (Finance Transformation) to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

Qualifications:

•  Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is typically required – for example, in Information Technology, Computer Science.
  
•  Certifications: Professional project management certifications are highly valued.
  
•  Finance/Accounting Knowledge: While this is an IT Project Manager role, a strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles is advantageous.
  
•  Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile project management methodologies. The candidate should understand when to apply different approaches or a hybrid approach, given the complexity of finance system projects.
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks (status reporting, change control, risk governance) is expected.
  
•  Nice to have: Exposure to D365 F&O, Treasury management systems, bank connectivity/SWIFT.
  
• English: B2
