Third Party Operations Assistant

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a Third Party Operations Assistant to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Profile we seek :

  •  Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating stakeholders.
  •  Experience in account management, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage.
  •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional English fluency, both written and spoken.
  •  Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Motivated by opportunities to drive process efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
  •  Willing to escalate and follow up persistently to ensure progress.
  •  Able to work collaboratively within the team and re-route technical queries when required.

Key responsibilities :

  •  Contact necessary interlocutors to request updates, information, and rationales for delays in progressing third-party cases.
  •  Maintain active engagement with all involved parties, ensuring momentum throughout the third-party process.
  •  Track and follow up on outstanding actions, escalating issues or delays when needed to the Third Party Operations Specialists & Manager.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed and responsive; escalate non-responsive cases to the Third Party Operations Manager.
  •  Re-route queries to the Third Party Operations Specialists when clarification is required on specific or technical topics.
  •  Document all communications and updates accurately, maintaining clear records for compliance and audit purposes.
  •  Demonstrate clear understanding and correct implementation of DORA requirements and internal deadlines.
  •  Contribute to continuous improvement of communication, follow-up, and coordination processes.
