Business Analyst (Data Quality)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Data Quality) to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Responsibilities:

• This role will translate business needs into actionable Data Quality rules, metrics, and remediation plans, ensuring alignment with our Data Quality Index and governance principles;

Requirements:

• Business analysis in data-intensive environments (requirements, process mapping, user stories, UAT);
  
• Expertise in data quality: profiling, rule definition, scoring, root cause analysis, remediation planning;
  
• Technical skills: SQL, Power BI, data governance tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica);
  
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management;
  
• Stakeholder management & communication: workshop facilitation, SteerCo reporting, decision-making support;
  
• International experience: collaboration with multicultural teams, fluent English;
  
• Soft skills: attention to detail, autonomy, adaptability, teamwork, fast learner.
