ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and document requirements in ServiceNow;
  
• Analyse existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  
• Recommend best practices to optimise incident, problem, change and asset management processes within ServiceNow;
  
• Ensure alignment with the ITIL framework and organisational policies;
  
• Act as a liaison between business users and the ServiceNow development team.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform;
  
• Strong overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform;
  
• Proven experience with ITSM and CSM. An agile mindset is required; SAFe knowledge is a plus;
