L1 Support Consultant (Fluent in Japanese)

We are looking for a L1 Support Consultant (Fluent in Japanese) for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field;
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese;
• Fluency in English verbal and written;
  
• Previous experience working with client support;
  
• Knowledge in network and previous developing experience;
  
• Previous experience working with problem tracking or ticketing systems;
  
• Experience with writing and manage documentation;
  
• Availability to work in shifts.
