Employee Experience Specialist / Office Manager

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist/Office Manager to work on-site in Braga.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience with employee experience, and/or Office Management;
- Degree in Marketing, Comunications or HR;
- Previous experience in a tech company is a significant plus;
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and develop effective solutions in response;
- Previous experience working with other teams, either in the People team or other units, as well as while interacting with external parties;
- Ability to monitor and measure activity related metrics of effectiveness and efficiency;
- Project management and prioritization skills;
- Previous experience with manage reception and basic office operations;
- Experience with create and control of purchases and payments;
- Fluent in English.
