Employee Experience Specialist / Office Manager

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist/Office Manager to work on-site in Braga.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience with employee experience, and/or Office Management;
  • Degree in Marketing, Comunications or HR;
  • Previous experience in a tech company is a significant plus;
  • Ability to understand stakeholder needs and develop effective solutions in response;
  • Previous experience working with other teams, either in the People team or other units, as well as while interacting with external parties;
  • Ability to monitor and measure activity related metrics of effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Project management and prioritization skills;
  • Previous experience with manage reception and basic office operations;
  • Experience with create and control of purchases and payments;
  • Fluent in English.
