SOC Consultant (L1/L2)

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are hiring a SOC Consultant (L1/L2) for a project in Porto (Hybrid).

Skills and Experience:

•  Academic background in Information Security or related fields.
  
•  Experience working on Security Operations Center or equivalent technical training in the area;
  
•  Practical knowledge of security monitoring tools DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, etc;
  
•  Solid understanding of fundamental networking protocols and technologies TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS,…;
  
•  Troubleshooting experience with multi-vendor environments, including Juniper: Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet;
  
•  Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly and accurately to both internal teams and external stakeholders;
  
• Understanding of the ITIL framework and related operational processes;
  
•  Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, PHP, or Python for automation or tool integration.
  
• Fluency in Portugues and English (spoken and written).
