Procurement Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field;
  
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management;
  
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors;
  
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems;
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures;
  
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
  
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement;
• Support during the all P2P process;
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and develop sourcing strategies;
  
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery time;
  
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
