Public Tenders Specialist (IT Services)

We are looking for a Public Tenders Specialist to join our team and support our participation in public procurement processes in Portugal, within the IT Outsourcing and Technology Consulting sector.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the international business team, supporting initiatives related to international markets, events and potential public procurement opportunities outside Portugal.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and identify public procurement opportunities in Portugal relevant to the company’s services;
• Analyse tender documentation, including technical and administrative requirements;
• Coordinate the preparation of tender proposals and supporting documentation;
• Prepare and organise all administrative and compliance documentation required for tender submissions;
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids through public procurement platforms (e.g. Vortal or similar);
• Collaborate with the international business team in the identification of new opportunities and market initiatives;
• Participate in industry events, professional fairs and networking initiatives when relevant.

What we are looking for

• Experience in public procurement or tender processes;
• Experience in IT services, consulting or outsourcing environments is highly valued;
• Technical understanding of IT services or technology environments (e.g. software development, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity or similar areas);
• Strong organisational and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• English level C1 (mandatory);
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail;
• Availability to participate in professional events and fairs.
