Digital Transformation Team Lead

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Team Lead for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering;
  
• More than 7 years of experience leading complex digital transformation projects at a global scale;
  
• Proven experience applying AI-driven automation, including GenAI and agentic AI;
  
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, SaaS platforms, and emerging trends, with the ability to translate these into strategic opportunities;
  
• Mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing, and cross-functional teams;
  
• Ability to define and prioritize solutions, oversee implementation, and drive measurable value;
  
• Proficiency in change management principles and methodologies;
  
• Relevant certifications in product management, agile delivery, or digital transformation are a plus;
  
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
