Technical Support Engineer
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Must have:
- 6+ years of experience as a technical support engineer or application support engineer;
- Experience with Java, Shell, and SQL/Oracle;
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git;
- Experience with scheduling tools, like: Control-M;
- Knowledge of Postman for API testing and RabbitMQ for messaging;
- Experience with Agile, Jira and Confluence;
- Knowledge of XL Release, XL Deploy, ServiceNow and JBoss/Tomcat;
- Fluent in English.
