Expert Azure Data Eng (with Databricks)

We are looking for a Expert Azure Data Eng (with Databricks) to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and dbt;
  
• Leverage SQL and Azure Synapse to store, manage, and transform large datasets;
  
• Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and troubleshoot issues;
  
• Create Power BI dashboards for actionable insights;
  
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to refine requirements;
  
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all pipelines;
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, plus proven hands-on experience;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, Azure DevOps (YAML), dbt, PySpark, Azure Synapse, and Power BI;
