We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to work in Lisbon, Coimbra, Braga or Porto (Hybrid).

We're looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in telecom OSS environments. You'll work on backend systems that support network operations — building, maintaining, and improving the software that keeps networks running.

GenAI Engineer resource:

  • Refine GenAI user stories end-to-end (incl. acceptance criteria/dependencies) - to be explicit writing user stories etc. Hang is doing so "refine" means like giving a final OK;
  • Ownership of the GenAI scope and alignment with the EA team on scope, complexity and estimates;
  • Assess and validate GenAI impact on EA (feasibility, risks, architecture/data/security implications);
  • Act as  technical partner for the team on GenAI decisions and coordination.

Tech Stack (sorted by priority): 

  • Fluent and proficient usage of Agentic Development Tools as a software development and analysis tool (Claude Code, should be able to well articulate usage of Skills, MCP servers, Rules and Commands for a reliable and AI augmented daily development workflow);
  • Thorough understanding of Agentic Systems design patterns and techniques;
  • Python, Vector stores and semantic search, Prompt Engineering and LLM call parametrization;
  • Experience with serverless architectures, most used services and integration on AWS (in order to own/maintain and extend all the existing and upcoming GenAI services served to the main application);
  • DBT / snowflake understanding.
