People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon (remote).

What are we looking for?

• Human Resource degree, certification and/or equivalent experience;
  
• 4+ years of HR experience required; previous shared services responsibilities preferred;
• Understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures;
  
• Excellent customer service, sense of urgency and time management;
  
• Strong analytical skills; attention to detail;
  
• Experience in mentoring others; teamwork to deliver excellent customer service;
  
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure effectiveness of initiatives;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; lead by example in fast environment;
• Discretion with sensitive information;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluent in English is mandatory, bilingual skills (Portuguese) are an added value.
