Junior Application Support Engineer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer to work in project in Porto (Hybrid). 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Less than 3 years of professional experience;
• Previous experience in Support L2/L3, and ITIL;
• Knowledge of Windows, and Linux;
• Knowledge of virtualize environments as Server, API gateways, and web based applications Client / server;
• Knowledge of ticking systems, such as Jira or service now;
• Knowledge of scripting languages, like: PowerShell, and Bash;
• Knowledge of Network concepts as DHCP Firewalls, Routing, and Proxy;
• Knowledge of Agile;
• Fluent in English.
