Senior Agentic AI Developer (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a related field;
• More than 9 years of experience in development;
• Experience in developing AI systems, with a specialization in agentic AI, and multi-agent systems;
• Proficiency with Python, C++, and Java;
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks, such as: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn;
• Deep understanding of key agentic AI concepts: Perception, Reasoning, Planning, Learning, Action, and BDI (Belief-Desire-Intention);
• Experience with simulation environments, like: OpenAI Gym, Unity ML-Agents, and custom environments;
• Knowledge of libraries and tools dedicated to agent modeling and simulation, such as: NetLogo, JADE, and Mason;
• Ability to work with large datasets and prepare them for model training;
• Good understanding of Agile project management principles;
• Fluent in English, and French.
