Project Leader (French speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Project Leader (French speaker) to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Main Technical Requirements:

• More than 9 years of experience in a similar position;
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  
• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization;
  
• In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, Devops overview and quality assurance practices;
  
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus but not a primary focus of the role;
  
• Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams;
  
• Fluent in English and French.
