Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst/Developer (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst/Developer (French Speaker) to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

You must have:

• 3+ years of IT experience on application support;
• Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
• Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath (mandatory 3+ years), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA processes;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze RPA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance;
• Knowledge with programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net);
• Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions, as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the capability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment;
• Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices in the RPA field, as well as the capability to continuously learn and improve skills to stay updated with the latest developments in RPA;
• Skills in Portuguese (Optional), English (mandatory – minimum B2) and French (Mandatory - minimum  B2).

Nice to have:

• UiPath Certification(s);
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
• Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana.
