Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Dellent, we are looking for a Sourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, ideally someone with experience recruiting in the tech space. It's a fast-moving, candidate-driven market, and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels;
• Source, screen, and build shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical roles;
• Conduct interviews;
• Build and maintain a candidate CRM, ensuring a solid pipeline with up-to-date data;
• Keep up with new technology trends to have strategic conversations with candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Work experience in recruitment, ideally as a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer;
• Hands-on experience with online interview platforms;
• Technical understanding, with the ability to explain IT role requirements clearly;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
