Senior Payroll Analyst (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or administration is a plus;
  
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Expertise with completion and analysis of EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures;
  
• Partnering with the Senior Payroll Analyst and Regional People Team, ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with best practices;
  
• Coordinate with Local Service Providers and regional staff regarding payroll data;
  
• Assist in ensuring commission and bonus entries are accurately recorded;
  
• Calculate and record additional statutory payments on time;
  
• Assist with the year-end processing and distribution of tax statements in a timely and accurate manner for each country;
  
• Partnering with Senior Payroll Analyst to recommend and participate in department projects to continually review and improve current processes;
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced company with a fast-changing environment;
  
• Strong time management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize;
  
• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal skills;
  
• English speaker.
