ServiceNow Business Analyst (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Main Technical Requirements:

• More than 4 years of professional experience as a Functional / Business Analyst;
  
• Experience in documenting functional requirements, process flows, and use cases;
  
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles;
  
• Experience with requirement gathering, coupled with a good knowledge of ITIL processes;
  
• Fluency in English, and French are mandatory.
