Senior Scrum Master (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience;
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring that all team members are engaged and productive;
• Remove impediments, creating conditions for the team to become more effective;
• Guide team members in Agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and accountability within the team;
• Act as a liaison between the IT team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and requirements in both French and English;
• Track and report on team performance metrics, helping to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity;
• Continuously assess and refine Agile processes to align with best practices, adapting them to meet the team’s unique needs;
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate discussions to ensure a harmonious team environment, addressing any issues that may hinder team performance;
• Maintain documentation related to Agile processes, sprint goals, and team progress, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization;
• Good level of English and French language (mandatory).
