Senior Java Backend

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid). 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Java Developer, with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot;
• Solid SQL and relational database skills (SQL Server, Sybase);
• Experience with distributed data technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Kafka) is a significant plus;
• Strong experience building automated tests (TDD/BDD);
• Knowledge of microservices, containers, ETL, and CI/CD is highly valued;
• Fluent in English and French is a significant plus.
