Principal Product Manager

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in platform, PaaS, SaaS, data, or enterprise software;
  
• Experience leading product for a technical platform or infrastructure area, such as databases, runtimes, or developer tools. AI platform experience is a plus;
  
• Experience guiding engineering teams and coordinating work across many teams, or managing other PMs.;
  
• Strong technical background or deep familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern AI concepts;
  
• Experience with Jira and Productboard (or similar tools) and with structured planning, prioritization, and roadmap methods;
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management, including presenting to large audiences and leaders;
  
• Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products;
  
• Proficient in English.
