IT Support Application Analyst – French Speaker (C1)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an IT Support Application Analyst – French Speaker (C1) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Required skills and experience:

• Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience;
• Experience in L2 application support, IT operations or a similar analyst role;
• Strong functional knowledge of retail banking, including B2B and B2C activities;
• Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot application incidents;
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with Theia is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical use in a professional setting;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
• French proficiency at C1 level and good written and spoken English;
• A collaborative, organised and customer-focused approach.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and incident, problem and service request management processes. An ITIL certification is an advantage;
• Experience supporting banking applications in a production environment;
• Awareness of the limitations and responsible-use requirements of AI tools, particularly when handling business or customer information.
