Senior Python Backend Engineer (AI/GenAI)

We are hiring a Senior Python Backend Engineer (AI/GenAI) for a project in Coimbra or Porto (hybrid).

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Python and FastAPI or Flask;
• Hands-on experience building and operating GenAI products in production;
• Ability to design and improve RAG systems end-to-end;
• Orchestration with clear tool boundaries and permission‑aware execution;
• Strong understanding of reliability in distributed systems;
• Comfortable working in a polyglot microservice environment.
